Senior(e) Manager Optimisation de Process F/H/NB - CDI

Planning & Industrial Engineering is a consulting & support team for Operations, whose mission is to enable the company to make the best decisions to operate optimally, improve the experience of our visitors, and pursue operational excellence.

Today, we are looking for a Senior Process Optimization Manager to lead this strategic mission and accelerate Disneyland Paris' operational transformation.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of Planning & Industrial Engineering, your role is to proactively identify the most impactful process improvement and optimization opportunities, mobilize teams around a culture of efficiency, and lead projects and initiatives that simultaneously improve our visitors' experience, operational performance, and resource utilization.

You will support Disneyland Paris leaders in their journey towards Operational Excellence by providing expertise, methods, strategic vision, as well as decision-making, analytical, and project support.

A true leader, you will manage and develop a team of about ten employees (including 2 direct report Managers) and be a key player in the performance of the tourist destination.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and inspire your team

• Manage and develop a team of experts in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, and operational optimization.

• Promote analytical excellence, a spirit of innovation, and collaboration.

• Create an environment where everyone can have a significant impact on company performance.

Develop Operational Excellence

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for performance, process, and asset utilization improvement.

• Lead high-impact optimization initiatives on operations.

• Deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies to sustainably improve company results.

• Measure, analyze, and monitor operational performance to guide strategic decisions.

Support the transformation

• Support strategic transformation projects at Disneyland Paris.

• Provide expertise and support to business lines in their change initiatives.

• Act as an internal consultant to operational teams and executives.

• Ensure project alignment with the company's long-term ambitions.

Spread a culture of efficiency

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.

• Design and facilitate awareness and training programs on operational efficiency principles.

• Develop the skills of teams and managers in problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.

• Identify best practices and promote their widespread dissemination.

Stay connected to best practices

• Continuously monitor innovations, methods, and trends in the sector.

• Develop exchanges with other entities of The Walt Disney Company.

• Identify, benchmark, and deploy the best external and internal practices.

• Transform external innovations and learnings into concrete opportunities for Disneyland Paris.

You are also responsible for the quality of service that Disneyland Paris is committed to offering its Guests by ensuring compliance with the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency, and Inclusion.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering or Business school, with significant experience in industrial engineering / Lean Six Sigma and/or consulting in operational optimization and performance;

• Successful experience in team management and coaching, including coaching and mentoring;

• Strong ability to influence in complex and matrix operational environments, with a fast pace and changing conditions;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written) allowing interaction with all levels of the organization;

• Good analytical (BI) and problem-solving skills;

• Great curiosity and openness and a strong sense of collaboration and fieldwork;

• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic and transformation projects;

• Fluent in French and English (C1);

• Green/Black Belt certification (a plus)
