Civil & Structural Lead Engineer
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry
-
Exposure to Field Engineering and Basic/FEED engineering is an added advantage
Job Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage projects with a minimum of 30,000 man-hours and peak team size of 20+ engineers
-
Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines
-
Prepare engineering man-hour estimates based on quantities and deliverables
-
Handle change management processes related to input modifications and additional scope
-
Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures such as pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, and foundations (equipment and machine foundations requiring dynamic analysis)

Design industrial buildings including substations, control rooms, and administrative facilities
-
Apply knowledge of international codes and standards in engineering design

- STAAD.Pro (structural analysis)
