Main Mission: As an MRP Controller, your main responsibility will be to support core processes and activities by providing efficient, high-quality clerical services and ensuring accurate data entry and control.
Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and replenishment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and levels, ensuring data integrity within SAP MM.
Analyze demand patterns and consumption rates to optimize inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs.
Collaborate with procurement, expediting, and warehouse teams to ensure adherence of MRP data to deliveries and reduce stockouts.
Develop and maintain MRP plans to ensure timely availability of materials for production and operational needs.
Generate MRP reports and forecasts, identifying potential shortages and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor and adjust MRP parameters, such as reorder points, safety stock, and lead times, based on historical data, planned activities, and consumption conditions.
Utilize SAP MM to manage inventory, track materials, and create reorder proposals, material purchase orders, and purchase requisitions.
Generate and analyze SAP reports to gain insights into inventory trends, supplier performance, and cost optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and SAP experts to troubleshoot and enhance system functionality as needed.
Identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse and inventory management functions.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align inventory and material requirements with production schedules.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, resolving any supply chain issues promptly.
Provide data-related support to various departments as needed.
Maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper MRP handling and SAP system utilization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools, including data analysis, automation, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization.
Proficiency in using SAP MM and other relevant software tools.
Relevant certifications in SAP MM or MRP data management are desirable.

Experience: Between 2 and 4 years working with SAP MM module, including material master data management and data analysis. Experience in the Oil and Gas sector preferably.
