As Process Engineer you will be part of the ENCAR Process and Technologies Function. In particular, you will be part of the Upstream Processing Technologies Department and you will take part in onshore and/or floater projects for different engineering phases (Feasibility, FEED, EPC).
As process engineer, you will be responsible to develop process activities, such as:
Heat and Material Balances using simulation software
Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on-specification products
Hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems
Definition and sizing of Equipment and Instrumentation and preparation of relevant Process Data sheets and Package Duty Specification
Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Cause and Effect Matrix
Control Narratives and Logic Sequences
Definition of the utilities requirements and the associated systems design
Take part in multidisciplinary project reviews such as P&IDs Review, HAZOP, etc
Education: Master’s Degree in chemical engineering or similar
Experience: 3-5 years as a Process Engineer within the Oil&Gas Sector, preferably with experience in LNG, CCUS, FPSO and/or Gas Treating Units and Technologies
Languages: Proficient in English (writing, reading and speaking)
Technical/IT Skills: Required experience in using simulation softwares (Aspen Hysys, AspenPlus)
