What is the Global Graduate Program

The Global Graduate Program is an 18-month career development program for final-year students and graduates that will help accelerate your career path in an international company and achieve a managerial role at BAT Ukraine.

You will be involved in tasks and projects in the following areas:

Sales Representative's work on business development:

• Conduct physical visits to retail outlets to visit clients and monitor product availability and sales using the Company's service car;

• Implement marketing activities according to the cyclical plan;

• Analyze the territory, competitive environment, and development potential;

• Ensure the effective use of trade equipment in the assigned territory.

Projects of the Trade Marketing and Distribution Department:

• Participate in operational planning – analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement and development, preparing own recommendations;

• Implement national marketing programs and ensure effective product representation in retail outlets;

• Manage trade equipment and POSM materials, ensuring their effective use;

• Develop, update, and control the implementation of planograms, optimizing product placement in retail outlets.

Projects of the Marketing Activities and Digital Marketing Department:

• Plan and implement digital campaigns, monitor promo effectiveness, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for consumers within the budget;

• Coordinate activities in digital channels (e-commerce);

• Support SEO strategies, ensuring a positive consumer experience (UX/UI) and platform stability;

• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with marketing and legal standards;

• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing communication campaigns to inform consumers about products and new releases.

Key requirements:

• Soon to complete or have completed studies (no more than 3 years after university graduation);

• Looking for a career in an international marketing company;

• Possess leadership and strong analytical skills;

• Purposeful and ambitious;

• Mobile within Ukraine;

• Have a category B driving license and practical driving experience;

• An advantage: work experience from 1 year (including internships and part-time employment);

• Have an English level no lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2);

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule 5/2 with flexible start and end of the working day (8-10 to 17-19), short Friday until 15:00 if all tasks are completed;

• Possibility of a hybrid work schedule (mandatory office attendance 2 times a week, the rest – remotely);

• Travel nature of work in the Company's service car during rotation in the role of Sales Representative for business development;

• Situational moderate physical exertion with materials and equipment;

• Architecturally accessible central office;

• Work involves constant use of a computer and working in the Company's accounting systems and requires a high level of attentiveness and concentration;

• Work involves intensive verbal communication with Company colleagues.
