BESS Engineer
BESS Engineer
Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced BESS Engineer for a large-scale Wind Power & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project in Kazakhstan.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise BESS installation, inspection and construction activities.
-
Review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
-
Monitor quality and compliance with project requirements.
-
Support BESS testing, commissioning and integration activities.
-
Coordinate with EPC contractors, suppliers and project teams.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
-
Strong experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and electrical systems.
-
Experience in large-scale renewable energy / power projects.
-
Knowledge of BESS installation, testing and commissioning.
-
Previous experience in EPC, PMC or Owner’s Engineer environments.
-
Knowledge of HSE requirements and construction practices.
-
Experience in Kazakhstan will be an advantage.
