Mid-Level
EHS Supervisor
If you’re looking for a role where you can drive higher standards, shape culture, and make a lasting impact on a transformation site, this is that opportunity.
At Kraft Heinz in Fremont, Ohio, the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor is a critical leader at a transformation site with complexity, meaningful operational challenge, and significant opportunity to strengthen how safety, environmental compliance, ownership, and daily execution come to life on the floor. This is a role for someone who wants to build, influence, and lead — not from the sidelines, but in the work, alongside plant leadership, operations, maintenance, quality, and frontline teams.
The right leader will see opportunity in the challenge of helping move the site toward a more prevention-focused, safety excellence culture. In return, this role offers the chance to take on visible leadership, solve meaningful plant-level problems, and grow through the kind of experience that builds real operational credibility.
For the right candidate, this is a chance to step into meaningful leadership at a site with the potential to grow your career and impact— building capability, strengthening culture, influencing site leadership, and helping create a safer, more reliable, and more disciplined operation over time. If you are motivated by challenge, purpose, and the opportunity to lead visible transformation, this role offers the platform to make a lasting impact.
