In this context, we offer a position as People Specialist (Madrid / Barcelona) whose mission in the Nedgia People Unit, which is part of the Resources Directorate, is responsible for implementing People management policies in the areas of Talent, Training, Employee Experience, Remuneration and Labor Relations of the Company.

The challenges of your day-to-day will be focused on:

• You will participate in the analysis and monitoring of economic processes related to personnel expenses.

• You will participate in the monitoring of workforce data and employee experience.

• You will be part of the transversal projects of the unit.

What you need:

• Academic qualifications:

  • Double Degree in Business Administration / Law or Psychology / Business Administration

• Mandatory knowledge and experience:

  • English C1
  • Mandatory specialization in People Analytics
  • Experience in a People department and in economic monitoring.

• Valuable knowledge and experience:

  • SAP proficiency
