The Gas Networks Spain business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates nationwide (Spain). As a distribution company, it is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of more than 53,800 km of gas network to which more than 5.4 million supply points in almost 1,150 municipalities are connected. The main activities carried out are: commissioning, meter reading, periodic inspection, and incident response. Our purpose is to be an active agent of decarbonization and a key player in the country's energy transition.

The challenges of your day-to-day will be focused on:

• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of operational processes.

• Lead transformation, digitalization, and automation initiatives.

• Develop AI use cases applied to operations.

• Analyze indicators and propose actions to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects with different areas of the company.

• Promote the implementation of new ways of working and change management.

What you need:

Mandatory requirements:

• Engineering Degree

• Minimum 1 year of experience dealing with operations companies.

• B2 level of English.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, optimization, and process reengineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading operational transformation projects.

Valuable requirements:

• Knowledge of Networks.

• Master's in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

• Knowledge and application of AI and data analytics technologies in operational environments.

• Driver's license.
