Our Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience, meaningful project work, professional development, and exposure to leaders across the business. Interns contribute to real initiatives while building skills that support future career success.
Program Dates: June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027
The Finance and Analytics teams help PMI U.S. make informed business decisions by combining financial expertise, business intelligence, consumer insights, and advanced analytics. Partnering across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, the team identifies opportunities, evaluates performance, forecasts trends, and transforms data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and business performance.
Analyzing financial, operational, and business performance data
Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business reporting
Creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports
Developing financial models and business cases
Partnering with stakeholders to solve business challenges
Identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies through data analysis
Translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
Supporting process improvement initiatives
Preparing presentations and communicating insights to leadership
Presenting a final project and recommendations to business leaders
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or R
Experience with databases and statistical analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience analyzing large datasets and generating insights
Interest in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics
Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Competitive pay: $29-$33/hour
