As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll independently manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of BCG corporate functions and specialty businesses, including Finance, HR, IT/Tech, People, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll support specialized team builds, taking ownership of recruitment activity from initial role definition through offer.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent needs, shape role requirements, and develop effective hiring approaches. You’ll combine targeted sourcing with strong candidate assessment and disciplined recruitment processes to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and internal teams.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across multiple corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to define role requirements and hiring approaches.
Source talent through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
Conduct structured interviews and provide clear, competency-based candidate assessments.
Build and maintain talent pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate activity and data accurately in the ATS throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and process improvements across regions.
Monitor recruitment metrics and identify practical opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree required; and 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international, matrixed organizations.
Experience recruiting for specialized roles across corporate functions.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant talent sourcing platforms.
Experience conducting structured interviews and delivering clear, competency-based candidate assessments.
Confidence partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to advise on recruitment decisions.
Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
You’ll be part of BCG’s Global Recruiting team, working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues across regions. You’ll collaborate with teams across the broader People function, including HR and Mobility, as well as hiring managers and business leaders across multiple corporate functions. Your work will involve regular cross-regional collaboration, supporting hiring needs across EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa) and NAMR (North America).
Given the global nature of the role, you will need flexibility in your working hours to collaborate effectively across time zones.

For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
