Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

Provide accurate information regarding products, sizes, prices and promotions.

Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales.

Work towards individual and store sales targets.

Maintain strong product and promotional knowledge.

Keep the sales floor clean, organized and fully replenished.

Ensure merchandise is correctly folded, hung and displayed.

Support fitting-room operations.

Replenish merchandise from the stockroom.

Check product pricing and tagging accuracy.

Support visual merchandising changes when required.

Assist with stock counts and inventory activities.

Process customer transactions accurately through the POS system.

Process exchanges and returns according to company policy.

Maintain accuracy of cash and payment transactions.

Complete opening and closing cash procedures.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Follow OVS grooming, attendance and conduct standards.

Support loss-prevention procedures.

Assist with queue management during peak trading periods.

Follow fraud-prevention and loss-prevention procedures.
