About the position

As a meeting booker, you will be an important part of a newly established and ambitious sales team. You will work systematically to contact decision-makers in various industries, identify needs, and secure qualified meetings for our salespeople. The work is target-oriented, the pace is high, and you will receive close follow-up and clear expectations – exactly what builds skills quickly.

The position is between 20–40% and is very well suited for students who want relevant work experience alongside their studies. The working hours offer flexibility to combine work and education, while also developing valuable skills in sales, communication, and business understanding.

This is a phenomenal start to a career at Nets. Even though the team is new, the journey is not: many of our most successful salespeople and leaders started in meeting booking. Now we are building a new environment where you can take the same step forward.

Responsibilities

• Contact companies and decision-makers via phone and email

• Present our services in a professional and value-driven manner

• Identify needs and qualify leads

• Book meetings for advisors and salespeople

• Update and maintain CRM system

• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes

Who we are looking for

• You communicate professionally and clearly with leaders and decision-makers

• You are comfortable with the phone as a work tool

• You have good business understanding and the ability to ask the right questions

• You work structured and goal-oriented

• Experience from B2B, customer contact, or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement

• You thrive with responsibility and like to deliver results
