What do we value?

Experience of at least 5 years developing complete web applications with end-to-end responsibility, from technical design to deployment and operation in production.

• Solid experience in backend development with Python.

• Experience developing REST APIs, asynchronous services, integrations, and microservice-based architectures.

• Advanced knowledge of frontend development with React + Vite.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience building interfaces oriented towards the visualization, analysis, and exploitation of large volumes of information.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with search engines, indexing, and efficient query mechanisms.

• Experience using GitHub, automated testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

• Knowledge of Docker and application containerization.

• Experience designing modular, maintainable, secure, and scalable applications.

• Knowledge of security applied to application development, APIs, identities, and secret management.

• Experience or knowledge in integrating LLM models, Generative AI APIs, and GenAI components.

• Ability to transform functional and security requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Autonomy, technical decision-making capacity, and ease of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

What would be your functions?

• End-to-End Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and evolve complete web applications, participating in all phases of the software development life cycle.

• Backend Development: Build REST APIs, asynchronous services, processing pipelines, and integrations with internal and external systems.

• Frontend Development: Create modern interfaces using React + Vite, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience.

• Information Visualization and Exploitation: Develop dashboards, search engines, filtering systems, and analysis tools for large volumes of data.

• Integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence: Collaborate with the AI Engineering team to integrate RAG capabilities, intelligent agents, contextual analysis, classification, and other Generative AI components.

• Data Processing: Design and implement ingestion, normalization, processing, and storage pipelines for information from multiple sources.

• Architecture and Data Management: Design data models and work with relational, document, search engine, and vector storage systems.

• Application Security and Governance: Apply security principles from design, including authentication, authorization, access control, API protection, and secure secret management.

• Quality and Observability: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, as well as monitoring, logging, alerting, and traceability mechanisms.

• Cloud and Operations: Collaborate on the deployment and operation of applications in AWS, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.

• AI-Accelerated Development: Use AI-assisted development tools, following the quality, control, and review standards defined by the company.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work together with AI Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, and Product teams to evolve the solution.

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• AWS and cloud application deployment.

• AWS services like Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.

• Infrastructure as code using Terraform.

• Serverless and event-driven architectures.

• Amazon Bedrock and Artificial Intelligence services in AWS.

• Integration of Generative AI components in enterprise applications.

• Vector storage systems and semantic search.

• Streaming systems, real-time communication, and asynchronous processing.

• AI-assisted IDEs like Cursor.

• Corporate environments with high security, regulatory compliance, and data protection requirements.

• IT and Cybersecurity tools like ServiceNow, Wiz, or other similar platforms.

• Agile development methodologies.
