Job description

STAFF S.p.A. – Agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di Roma Eur, is looking for a qualified CUOCO/A for a client company to join the team for meal preparation in canteens and barracks (number of meals: from 10 to 50).

Reference areas: Tuscolana, Ostiense/EUR, Pisana.

Required skills:

• Previous experience as a cook, preferably in canteens or communities

• Good ability to manage the kitchen and supplies

• Availability to work split shifts (morning and afternoon)

• Seriousness, punctuality and reliability

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of meals according to the established menu and in compliance with hygiene-sanitary regulations

• Management and cleaning of the kitchen and work tools

• Control of raw materials and reporting of supply needs

• Collaboration with dining staff and facility contacts

• Compliance with quality and quantity standards required by the client
