• Internationale Korrespondenz: Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Lieferanten bei Reklamationen und bewertest die betroffene Ware.

• Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Wareneingang, Einkauf, Kundenservice und den Personal Shoppern zusammen.

• Retourenmanagement: Du koordinierst den Warenaustausch sowie die Rücksendung von Kommissionsware.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).

• Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Kommunikation).

• Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit externen Partnern, Verhandlungsgeschick, Diskretion und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.

• Mindset: Eine hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit, Fokus, Leidenschaft für deine Arbeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supplier Correspondence: You will handle communication with our international suppliers regarding complaints, including the evaluation of goods.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with our Incoming Goods, Purchasing, Customer Care, and Personal Shopper teams.

• Return Management: You will coordinate the exchange of goods and the return of commission goods.

• Logistics & Customs: You will prepare shipping and customs documents, pack returns, and monitor inspected items.

• Financial Processing: You will be responsible for processing credit notes and replacement deliveries.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: Completed vocational training in a relevant commercial field or equivalent qualification.

• Languages: Very good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.

• Key Skills: Strong communication skills with external partners, negotiation skills, discretion, and a high level of diligence.

• Mindset: Ability to focus, a detail-oriented work ethic, passion for your tasks, and professional loyalty.
