Job description

Staff spa, Agenzia per il Lavoro, Filiale di Magenta, for a company operating in the metalworking sector, is looking for a:

OPERAIO/A ADDETTO/A ALLA LAPPATURA

The resource will be inserted into the production department dedicated to the finishing of metal components and will be responsible for lapping operations using specific machinery.

Main responsibilities

• Perform lapping operations on metal components using dedicated machines in compliance with quality and safety standards

• Set processing parameters according to technical specifications and drawings

• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on processed parts using basic measuring instruments

• Correctly position components on equipment and maintain order and cleanliness of the workstation

Requirements

• Experience, even brief, gained in production contexts in the metalworking sector

• Good manual skills and familiarity with bench tools and manual instruments

• Knowledge of the main quality control procedures and attention to dimensional tolerances

• Ability to work autonomously following technical instructions and operating procedures

• Availability to work shifts and perform overtime, if required

We offer:

• Initial temporary contract for 3 months, with concrete possibilities of extension

• Working hours on shifts from Monday to Friday:

  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
  • or day shift 08:00 – 17:00 with one hour break

• Availability for possible overtime, including Saturday mornings, is required.

• CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria; Classification: Level D2; Gross monthly salary: € 1,979,
