Job description

Staff S.p.A. – Filiale di Busto Arsizio is looking for, for a growing and expanding rubber and plastics company located in Gazzada Schianno (VA), a/an:

Operaio/a addetto/a allo stampaggio e controllo qualità visivo

Main activities:

• Management and operation of machinery dedicated to plastic component molding;

• Visual inspection of produced parts to ensure compliance with company standards;

• Packaging and preparation of goods for shipment;

• Operation of multiple production machines.

Requirements:

• Experience in production environments, preferably in the plastics sector;

• Precision, reliability, and strong orientation towards learning;

• Availability and habit of working on three shifts;

• Residence in the area and immediate availability.

Offer:

• Temporary administration contract, 1 initial month plus extensions, and concrete possibilities for permanent stabilization.

• REMUNERATION: Level H, CCNL GOMMA PLASTICA INDUSTRIA (Rubber and Plastics Industry National Collective Labor Agreement) over 13 MONTHS, gross monthly salary of €1,829.11, annual gross salary of €23,778.43.

• Daily BP tickets €6.75;

• Structured work environment focused on continuous training.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, on three shifts: 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00
