Utility & Facility Lead

As Utility and Facility Lead, you’ll take full responsibility for the operation, reliability, and efficiency of all facility systems, from HVAC and compressors to general building infrastructure and office areas. You’ll lead a skilled maintenance and coordination team to ensure every system performs safely, sustainably, and cost-effectively.

THESE ARE THE TASKS WAITING FOR YOU

• Lead the building services and maintenance function covering HVAC systems, compressors, utilities, and office facilities ensuring smooth daily operation and rapid response to any technical issue

• Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and extend equipment lifetime across all facility assets

• Plan, manage, and control the annual utilities budget (electricity, water, gas, and wastewater) while identifying opportunities to reduce consumption and cost

• Oversee the company’s energy audit process, ensuring full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in energy performance

• Assess the technical condition and mechanical efficiency of all facility equipment; identify recurring failures and drive root-cause corrective actions

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintenance teams and management; initiate and verify the effectiveness of corrective measures

• Analyze maintenance and operating costs to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions

• Manage capital improvement projects from scope definition through implementation, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget targets are met

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in facility operation and maintenance leadership in industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, utilities, energy management).

• Solid analytical and budgeting skills, with experience managing utility costs.

• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate projects, and drive measurable improvement.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
