D&IT Business Solutions Manager

What this role is about?

We are looking for a Data & Analytics D&IT Business Solutions Manager to strengthen our Data & Analytics capabilities and support data-driven decision making across the business.

This role combines business relationship management, project delivery and technical expertise in data integration and analytics. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their priorities, identify opportunities and translate business requirements into practical and sustainable data solutions.

You will lead Data & Analytics initiatives from initial idea through implementation and adoption, coordinating internal D&IT teams, global Data & Analytics functions and external delivery partners.

The position requires strong project management and communication skills, together with solid hands-on knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Experience with Microsoft Azure data services is considered a strong advantage as the role will contribute to the modernization and further development of our Data & Analytics landscape.

What will you do?

• Act as a trusted D&IT partner for business stakeholders on Data & Analytics topics

• Understand business priorities and translate them into data, reporting and analytics solutions

• Build strong relationships with business teams and drive demand management and prioritization

• Lead Data & Analytics projects from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption

• Coordinate business stakeholders, D&IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery

• Design, develop, optimize and support data integration solutions using SQL Server and SSIS.

• Support the evolution of the Data & Analytics landscape using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks and Power BI

• Ensure data quality, security and compliance with company standards

• Contribute to the regional Data & Analytics roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with regional and global Data & Analytics teams to align local initiatives with enterprise standards, platforms and best practices

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT, Data & Analytics, Data Integration or Business Solutions delivery

• 3+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders, managing business requirements and supporting data-driven decision making processes

• Proven project management, vendor and stakeholder management experience

• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SQL development and SSIS

• Experience with Microsoft Azure data services, especially Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks and Synapse, is considered a strong advantage

• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices is an advantage

• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts

• Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
