As part of this major digital transformation of the group and within the IT Security Department of Renault Group, attached to the Group IT Department, the Cyber for Customer Experience & Dealers team wishes to strengthen its team by recruiting an Offboard Cybersecurity Specialist (platforms & services offloaded from connected vehicles).
Within the Cyber for Customer Experience & Dealers team, you will ensure the security of applications and services that interact with vehicles, during the BUILD and RUN phases.
You will use your expertise and transversal work capacities to analyze cybersecurity risks, define countermeasures, and monitor remediation plans for cyber risks related to connected applications and services for vehicles such as Renault Scenic E-Tech (Car of the Year 2024), Renault 5 & Alpine A290 (Cars of the Year 2025), SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle), etc.
You will have the opportunity to work jointly with several internal and external software and hardware teams, covering a wide range of technologies (Cloud, Embedded Devices/IoT, Services, API, Mobility, Cyberattack Detection, etc.).
The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt on a permanent contract. You benefit from 2 days of teleworking per week.
Your main missions
Be the Offboard Cybersecurity contact for project teams, and participate in transversal activities on these projects, particularly with your "Onboard" Cybersecurity counterpart (components embedded in the vehicle) to ensure end-to-end cybersecurity coverage.
Produce Cybersecurity Risk Analyses on new services and applications, in line with Group policies and regulations.
Define countermeasures to mitigate these risks to the right level based on current cyber best practices.
Monitor the implementation of countermeasures and escalate to the appropriate instances if necessary.
Monitor the evolution of technologies and threats in the Offboard scope.
Propose and study improvements, innovative solutions to improve cybersecurity coverage. Advance the state of the art.
Evolve knowledge, anticipate, analyze, and if necessary, participate in the remediation of possible cyber-attacks.
Your profile
You have a BAC+5 degree from a university or engineering school, with a specialization in cybersecurity.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience as an architect, specialist, or cybersecurity referent for IS, IT, OT, or IOT projects.
You have very strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity: technologies, architectures, threats, mitigations, solutions, ... (authentication, access control, encryption, segmentation, API, application security, ...).
You have a good knowledge of cybersecurity for cloud architectures and solutions (Azure, GCP, AWS, CWPP, CSPM, CNAPP, etc.).
You have a very solid IT technical foundation (systems, network, architectures, development, ...)
You have good knowledge of cyber norms and regulations (especially ISO 27001) and risk analysis frameworks (ISO 27005, EBIOS RM, ISO 21434, etc.).
You are familiar with frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, OWASP, CSA CCM, etc.
Knowledge of the Onboard cybersecurity domain (vehicle embedded systems), and norms and regulations relating to vehicle cybersecurity (UNR-155, UNR-156, ISO 26262) would be a plus.
You have a great capacity for analysis and know how to conduct transversal activities across different entities. You demonstrate rigor and a spirit of synthesis.
You have a "services" and customer satisfaction orientation.
You have a very good level of written and spoken English, a key success factor for the position.
