WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

YouYou will report to the Store Director and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the development of your Sector's results through the animation of your Team, fulfilling commitments to the Customer regarding Price, Stock, and Efficiency in purchasing.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Select, develop, motivate, and lead the people in your team, according to the company's values.

• Guarantee the safety and health conditions of your Team, being exemplary in the application of legal regulations.

• Adapt, plan, and execute Commercial Actions in accordance with the Commercial and Store Policy, applying and adapting the implementation logics of the Sector's Families.

• Animate sales, customer welcome and service by the team, and competitor monitoring.

• Manage the supply of your Sector and ensure adequate stock rotation.
