WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Cashier Manager, your mission will be to contribute personally to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be?:

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.

• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make suggestions for improvement to better respond to customer needs.

• Perform cash reconciliation and provide all supporting documentation for operations carried out.

• Assist the Cashier Line with incidents.

• Comply with security regulations.

• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.

• Participate in the life of the store, live and make the company project live.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Experience of at least 3 years in a cashier line

• Demonstrable experience managing cashier teams.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the store by private vehicle or public transport.

• Have national mobility. We are looking for an evolving profile, who starts their adventure in this store but, in the future, will be the Cashier Manager in a new opening.

• Motivation for dynamic environments, great desire to learn and a liking for teamwork.
