WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the OLA Manager, your responsibility will be to provide support in documentation tasks, creation of reports/dashboards, contractual follow-ups, and order tracking, derived from the planning and procurement processes for openings, operational warehouse processes, machinery park management, waste management, and general expenses management, seeking their automation and industrialization.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure proper internal customer service and sales support.

• Ensure the execution of the goods entry and exit process.

• Control the quantity and quality of received articles.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Order preparation.

• Collaborate with your team within the company's values framework.

• Participate in the life of the warehouse and the company.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum experience of 2 years as an order picker within a logistics structure or similar position.

• Experience dealing with carriers, managing delivery notes, and monitoring daily received merchandise.

• Experience in machinery operation (reach truck, forklift, and stand-up forklift) and radio frequency.

• B driving license.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the warehouse by private vehicle or public transport.
