DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Group Legal Department and support the IP – Licensing team in drafting and managing contracts, letters, and other legal documents, including confidentiality agreements, research and development agreements, and license agreements, as well as related correspondence. You will also interact with internal stakeholders as needed and gain insight into various aspects of industrial and intellectual property law, along with the processes for handling a high volume of documentation and related tools.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Drafting and managing legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, R&D agreements, and license contracts.
\n
• Handling correspondence related to contractual and legal matters.
\n
• Supporting the team in managing workflows and tools for document processing.
\n
• Exploring key topics in intellectual and industrial property law.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s Degree in Law.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of English.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n
• Interest in intellectual property and licensing.
