<ul>
<li class="p1">Master AWS: multi-account, EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, IAM, CloudFront… whatever it takes.</li>
<li class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Docker everything: best practices, image optimization, and production containers (ECS today, Kubernetes tomorrow <span class="s1">?</span>).</li>
<li class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>CI/CD pipelines without tantrums: Bitbucket pipelines, dev/pre/pro environments, solid, repeatable, and happy deployments.</li>
<li class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>24/7 Observability: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry… if something happens, we know first.</li>
<li class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Security First: IAM, roles, metrics, audits, secrets, zero drama.</li>
<li class="p2"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Real Teamwork: working with backend, frontend, and QA to build workflows, tests, automation, and black magic (the good kind ).</li>

<li class="p1">6 months: Incidents decrease, automation increases, the infrastructure is more robust… and everyone says, “This is going great!”</li>

<p><strong>Must have skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">+2 years as a DevOps or SRE</li>
<li class="p1">AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53… the bread and butter )</li>
<li class="p1">Docker + ECS/ECR (or Kubernetes if you're feeling ambitious )</li>
<li class="p1">CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar)</li>
<li class="p1">IaC: Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation</li>
<li class="p1">Monitoring and logging: Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch Sentry…</li>
<li class="p1">Linux, NGINX/Apache</li>
<li class="p1">Relational databases (MySQL/Aurora) and NoSQL knowledge is a plus</li>
