WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
•    Identify and facilitate processes for improvement projects, training, and workshops to support the culture of continuous improvement
•    Conduct root cause failure analysis to determine metrics, solve Maintenance/Business issues, project planning, capacity, and create Standard Maintenance Technical Procedures
•    Perform advanced data collection and analysis to map processes targeted for improvement, develop budget proposals and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
•    Lead Value Stream Mapping on the maintenance process to define the As-Is analysis and the transition phase to achieve the To-Be state
•    Acting as Project Leader, oversee the planning and installation for the implementation of new machinery and processes, with a focus on project timing and budget

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
•    English language skills
•    Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Basic knowledge of industrial technical drawing and fluidic and electrical diagrams, maintenance performance indicators (KPI)
•    Basic knowledge of legislation and technical regulations in the field of workplace safety and hygiene
•    Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools
•    Basic knowledge of PLC software
