The Mixing Department is responsible for controlling, verifying, and guaranteeing the production process of rubber compounds, in line with the quality standards defined by the compound control plan.
The Outgoing Quality Function ensures that finished products meet the highest standards before being released to the market. These are strategic areas where precision, compliance, and continuous improvement are essential to support production and innovation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar technical field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Public speaking skills and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
• Programming industrial production of rubber and plastic articles
• Defining the technological sizing of the production process
• Drafting operational procedures for safe production, storage, and handling
• Periodic updating of processing modules and company IT systems
• Supporting quality checks and process audits
• Interfacing with production and technical teams to ensure process compliance
• Managing documentation related to quality processes
• Participating in internal and external audit activities
• Analyzing product performance data and supporting resolution of non-conformities
