The successful candidate will support Marketing Team of the Moto Business Unit and he/she will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Under the guidance of your tutor, you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

Starting from day one, under his/her tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with the Company and its business model and will be trained to increase his/her autonomy in the following activities:

\n
• Market analysis, product range definition, monitoring the evolution of the circulating vehicle park;
\n
• Collects the consumer behaviour and brand positioning through the analysis of the performance of promotional campaigns and reporting activities;
\n
• Managing of the content social media plan and supporting in the realization of material for the local pages/contents;
\n
• Analysis and reporting focus on sell in, secondary sell in and sell out;
\n
• Development and updating benchmark vs competitors;
\n
• Relationship with the sales force for dealer management and interaction with Marketing functions with the goal to enhance product features and position in the market;
\n
• Supporting the production of product material for the local PoS (brochures, leaflets, flyers, ect.) and technical training with dedicated presentations;
\n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

\n
• Master Degree in Economics, Marketing Management or related fields.
\n
• Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2)
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
\n
• Openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment;
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities;
\n
• Basic knowledge/passion for the motorcycle/tyre sector is considered a plus.
