Job Description
\nThe Compliance, HR & Sustainability Intern will support the Compliance & Sustainability Manager, as well as the MEAI HR Business Partner, in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) goals at the local level, specifically for Middle East, Africa and India (MEAI) markets and to drive and monitor HR processes such as recruiting, performance review and employee’s life cycle. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance and sustainability initiatives within a multinational environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nRegulatory & Compliance
\nMonitor and report on relevant GCC laws and regulations, with a focus on UAE and KSA.
\nAssist in drafting and overseeing policies and procedures aligned with corporate compliance frameworks.
\nCollaborate with the Group Compliance & Rules team to localize and implement global compliance programs.
\nCoordinate with HQ and local functions on regulatory requests, project management, corporate initiatives.
\nManage relationships with external legal counsels, consultants, and third-party compliance service providers.
\nSustainability & ESG
\nSupport the integration of sustainability principles into compliance frameworks.
\nAssist in the implementation of corporate sustainability policies at the regional level.
\nContribute to data collection, reporting, and stakeholder engagement efforts at local and HQ level.
\nConduct research on sustainability regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in responsible business conduct.

\nRequirements
\nPassion for pursuing a career in the automotive sector;
\nMaximum of one-year previous working experience;
\nHold a degree in law or economics;
\nHold a valid student or family VISA;
\nFluent in English (proficiency in Italian or Arabic is a plus);
\nComfortable in using new technologies, tools, and applications;
\nStrong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
