DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will support the Head of Safety, Prevention, Protection, and Environment (RSPP) in carrying out various HSE-related activities at the Bollate production plant.
Your tasks will include updating and revising the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems, key procedures, and supporting internal and external audit activities.
You will contribute to identifying training needs related to company procedures and operational methods, helping organize relevant initiatives to foster a strong safety and environmental culture.
Moreover, you will participate in near miss analysis, improvement proposals, and the development of related KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will work closely with your tutor to:
• Identify existing risk factors within the company, perform risk assessments in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, propose and manage safety plans and procedures, and recommend appropriate PPE to protect employees’ health and workplace safety
• Collect all necessary information for drafting the Risk Assessment Document (DVR and DUVRI), and support the implementation of training programs in collaboration with the HR department, also related to environmental aspects
• Support the RSPP in maintaining the Environmental and Safety Management System according to UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
• Conduct internal audits and inspections of both Pirelli’s and external suppliers’ activities, and prepare reports in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and the Environmental Management System procedures
• Act as an internal promoter of a strong and growing focus on health, safety, and environmental topics by applying the Pirelli Excellence in Safety methodology (developed in partnership with BBS Foundation), and by participating in regular safety meetings and committees

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Management, or Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment
• Soft skills: proactivity, strong teamwork abilities, and good influencing skills
• Technical skills: solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is a plus
