</div><div><p>This role is responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of commissions based on complex compensation plans, as well as for the preparation of detailed financial and commission reports. The analyst will work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure transparency, maintain up-to-date commission policies, and resolve any commission-related disputes. </div><div><p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis in a similar role<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of accounting principles.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI Tools such as Power BI is considered a plus.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g. Google Cloud, or similar).<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;"><b>Not a perfect fit?</b></h2>
