</div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><p>•To support implementation of &nbsp;fixed telecom regulatory issues within the company.<br>•Leading official communication with the Authority Bodies.<br>•To support related departments for assurance of compliance with the fixed regulatory obligations.<br>•Reviewing regulations announced for public opinion and consolidating company change requests and comments.<br>•Ensure that ICTA/BTK regular reports are delivered accurately and on time.<br>•Representing company and creating sustainable/credible relationship at Government Authorities such as Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation, BTK, Digital Transformation Office etc.<br>•To initiate updating relevant procedures according to the regulatory changes together with related departments.<br>•To support business units to secure procedures are up-to-date and meet latest regulatory requirements.<br>•To research regulatory risks and give feedback to the other functions to secure protective &amp; solution actions.<br>•Follow up day-to-day Regulatory developments, comments and shared related departments<br>•To inform and follow up related department actions to be prepared against any regulatory investigation or audit.<br>•To represent Company during meeting/investigations/audits.<br>•To prepare report on the audits and investigations and provide necessary documentation.<br>•To inform management about predicted risks on audits and investigations.<br>•Following up the issues that need to be improved with the outcomes after the audits and investigations and directing the relevant units for compliance.<br>•Following up new technologies that would affect regulatory strategy, preparing international benchmarks and conducting whitepapers to support company’s position.<br>•To assist Techfin / Fintech regulation colleagues for mobile payment, e-money, digital wallet, qr code payment, financing products.</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;"><b>Who you are</b></h2>
