Participating in a team on-call rotation program, the analyst will aid and support Information Security Administration, Security Architecture and Standards, Advanced Operations, Compliance, Incident Response and Vulnerability Management programs within the Information Security Group.<ul><li>Liaise with the business technology partners to deliver secure business operations</li><li>Perform initial investigations on all alerts and tickets generated by security tools and close investigations or escalate as necessary.</li><li>Support the development of the Information Security team by providing insight into changes and enhancements to procedures, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Help with employee security training programs and phishing simulations to promote cybersecurity awareness.</li><li>Capture and report on metrics for the Security Operations team, tracking progress made in securing bank infrastructure.</li></ul>What Do You Need?<ul><li>BS/BA in computer science, information systems management, Cybersecurity, or a related field and/or 0-3 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>General knowledge of network infrastructure.</li><li>General knowledge of a Security Incident and Event Management system (SIEM).</li><li>Adaptability and Critical Thinking skills</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task to hit strict deadlines.</li><li>Strong interest in Cybersecurity, and technology</li><li>High degree of ethics and discretion to manage sensitive data.</li><li>Pursuit of Industry certifications</li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends that may indicate a security threat.</li></ul>Nice to Haves:<ul><li>Working knowledge of system operations, networking, and/or devices.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud services and their attack surface</li><li>Knowledge of industry leading information security solutions, platforms, and technologies.
