As a DL looking for both strategic framing and project execution. You will take a leadership role in the development of high impact projects across all departments, ensuring agreement of deliverables and allocation of resources. You will develop relationships across all levels and departments to maintain both the proper execution and the cultural pulse of the region. This position will additionally support the Leadership team on ad-hoc projects as needed.</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p><strong>STRATEGIC ANALYSIS</strong></p><p>Coordinate important national or regional projects to identify and close performance gaps and test strategic direction. Capture and communicate opportunity gaps to share with the LT and other appropriate internal Field and Red Bull HQ stakeholders.</p><p>Provide applicable insights through analyses of our goals, identify drivers and detractors contributing to their success.</p><p>Track major departmental and national deliverables</p><p>Produce, maintain, and update monthly and quarterly reviews for the SVP &amp; VPs of Sales &amp; Distribution</p><p>Support Leadership Team (LT) in Business Plan and tracking against stated targets</p><p><strong>STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>Provide leadership and support from project development to implementation including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, executing, and reporting results across the region.</p><p>Build relationships across all levels and regions, monitor the cultural health and pulse of the region and make recommendations based on those assessments.</p><p>Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource needs.</p><p>Develop, enhance, and monitor project management methodologies ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and ensure that projects are implemented and delivered to meet standards.</p><p>Follow up with key stakeholders and escalate issues to ensure project completion</p><p>Assist with major activities After Action Reviews on national projects</p><p>Develop improvements to regional project management and annual business planning process to increase focus, efficiency, and accountability, in alignment with RBDC LT and ensure agreement and understanding across all levels</p><p><strong>TEAM COMMUNICATIONS</strong></p><p>Assist in communication &amp; information flow to the organization or RBDC SVP</p><p>Help prepare SVP, LT and team meeting materials</p><p>Identify &amp; assist with key communications to ensure good order &amp; discipline as well as maintain departmental morale</p><p>Liaison with EA and LT on key communication and initiatives</p><p>Guide collaboration and support performance at the RBDC LT level</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</p><p>2-4 years of experience in an analytical or consultative role</p><p>Project management experience</p><p>Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex functions within Excel, in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Ability to work effectively in self-directed manner</p><p>Intermediate Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other office applications</p><p>Experience working with Circana required</p><p>Ability to interface with multiple department</p><p>Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.</p><p> </p><p>The base salary range for this position is  $67,200-$100,800 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
