? Sales Executives Specialties – Q-Commerce – Bucharest

Help us redefine how Romanians shop locally. As part of our Q-Commerce Sales team, you'll bring niche grocery stores onto the platform, lead full-cycle sales outreach, and close strategic partnerships.

You'll be:

Crafting value-driven deals with high-potential partners
Pitching and negotiating with key decision-makers
Creating scalable strategies to grow our presence
Driving Glovo’s growth and shaping local commerce

? Ideal for ambitious go-getters who love the thrill of closing deals and building relationships from the ground up.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on sales experience, key contacts in the industry are a plus.
You have a mindset of a hunter, who always reaches the right decision maker.
Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in previous roles, showcasing tangible achievements and results. Ambition to overachieve targets is a must. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Ability to adapt selling techniques to different client personalities and organizational structures, demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach
You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics etc.).
Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills, an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
Romanian proficiency and a very good command of English are a must.

 

? Account Managers

Work directly with our local partners to maximize their potential on the Glovo platform. You'll support, grow, and inspire small and medium businesses across Romania.

You’ll be:

Managing partner performance and optimizing visibility
Implementing promos and marketing activations
Creating scalable systems to make partners independent
Collaborating cross-functionally to elevate the partner journey

?Ideal for those who love data-backed decisions, smart execution, and lasting relationships.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
You’re motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
Native level of Romanian is required as proficiency in English.

 

? Data Analysts

Data fuels our decisions. Join our Business Intelligence or Commercial Analytics teams to uncover insights that shape strategy and drive business growth.  

You’ll be:

Supporting the team with data to improve Glovo’s operations.
Analyzing data to enhance Courier KPIs and retention.
Resolving data reliability issues.
Acting as the main data contact, driving a data-driven approach.
Providing insights to improve courier onboarding and retention.
Managing dashboards and building new tools for metric visibility.
Developing analytical models and frameworks for the team.
Identifying key levers to improve KPIs.
Evaluating strategic opportunities through analysis and A/B testing.
Understanding local needs and the courier experience.

 

? Ideal for those who are passionate about data, problem-solving, and driving impactful business decisions through analytical insights.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain
Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Proficient in SQL and Python 
JavaScripts is a plus
Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio & Qlikview
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
