►You’ll coordinate with the contractor for ongoing maintenance to ensure operational and technical functionality of the business premises (including electrical installations, video surveillance, alarm systems, air-conditioning, heating and parking) and do supervision of contractor work.&nbsp;<br>
►You’ll coordinate of business premises hygiene maintenance.&nbsp;<br>
►You’ll coordinate the vehicle fleet.&nbsp;<br>
Facility management-security services responsibilities:&nbsp;<br>
►You’ll develop and update risk assessment documents.&nbsp;<br>
►You’ll manage video surveillance and access control management for the purposes of investigations, and also do identification and assessment of security risks at the site.&nbsp;<br>
►You’ll do operational implementation of security tasks derived from the site security framework and management of all technical security measures.&nbsp;<br>

► You have excellent organization and communication skills.&nbsp;<br>
