Hitachi Rail France, the railway division of the Japanese group Hitachi, is strengthening its teams and recruiting a General Services Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract for its Les Ulis site (91) - head office.

The position we offer:

Under the responsibility of the Facility Management Manager, your main missions are:

Works:

• Plan maintenance, new works, regulatory controls

• Supervise teams and service providers

• Draft Prevention Plans

• Establish acceptance reports for works and interventions

Administrative:

• Monitor supplier orders (purchase order, delivery notes, invoice approval)

Documentation:

• Keep all site plans up to date (VISIO)

• Develop dashboards for monitoring and analyzing your functions

• Replace the site manager in his absence

Your profile:

With a BTS / BTU degree in electrotechnics, aeronautics, air conditioning, you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position. This position requires:

• Being rigorous and proactive

• Operational technical experience

• Electrical authorization: B1, B2v, BR, BC, H2V, HC

• A current and technical level of French and English, allowing you to easily evolve in our international and multicultural environment
