Job Description: Hitachi Rail France, the rail division of the Japanese Hitachi group, is strengthening its teams and recruiting a General Facilities Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract, for its Les Ulis (91) site - headquarters.

The position we offer:

Under the responsibility of the Facility Management Manager, your main missions are:

Works:

• Plan maintenance, new works, regulatory controls

• Supervise teams and service providers

• Draft Prevention plans

• Establish minutes of receipt for works and interventions

Administrative:

• Monitor supplier orders (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoice approval)

Documentation:

• Update all site plans (VISIO)

• Develop dashboards for monitoring and analyzing your functions

• Replace the site manager in their absence

Your profile:

With a BTS / BTU in electrotechnics, aerotechnics, air conditioning, you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position. This position requires:

• Being rigorous and proactive

• Operational technical experience

• Electrical authorization: B1, B2v, BR, BC, H2V, HC

• A fluent and technical level of French and English, allowing you to evolve easily in our international and multicultural environment
