WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
At first glance, it may seem like a coffee shop, but our Work Cafes are much more than that. They are our way of bringing innovation and technology to the experience of visiting a bank branch. A collaborative space open to everyone where it's possible to work, connect to the internet, hold meetings, attend events, and, of course, perform financial transactions. All of this can be done while enjoying a coffee made by our expert baristas.
The barista team is made up of great professionals with an immense desire to contribute to this project. People capable of transmitting their passion for this beverage in all its preparations, forms, and colors.
As part of the Barista team, you will be responsible for:

Transmitting your knowledge about coffee to all customers, adapting your communication to each type of audience.

Participating in the active sale of cafeteria products and supporting colleagues in the bank office.

Undergoing the necessary training to perform your work under the corporate values of Banco Santander.

Daily supervision and cleaning of work areas.
What are we looking for?

Demonstrable experience in preparing coffee beverages using different extraction methods. Certified Coffee Training will be positively valued: SCA Certificates of Intermediate, Professional level, or similar.

Intermediate Latte-Art skills: Heart, Tulip, and Rosetta.
