The Talent Pool was created with the objective of gathering and storing information from professionals who are interested in career opportunities in the municipalities of our region. Therefore, regardless of your area of education or the course you intend to pursue, which can be Administrative, Commercial, Communication and Marketing, Law, Education, Finance, People Management, Secretariat, Information Technology, we are looking for people with different talents, interest in the development of the place where they live, who like to relate and want to grow together, because here there is a place for those who believe in doing things together!
Through this modality, we will be aware of your interest in being part of our team, and your registration will be available for analysis and invitation to advance in the stages of our selection process.
This Talent Pool is permanent and allows for analysis for different areas of activity in the cooperative, and with that, movements will happen as opportunities arise that connect to your interests and those of the cooperative.
Therefore, once registered, your interest will already be recorded. However, whenever there is any change in your information, as much as possible, keep it updated and complete in your registration, because we monitor everything there.
