The Young Apprentice Talent Pool was created with the aim of gathering and storing information on young people interested in career opportunities in the municipalities of our region. Therefore, regardless of the area you intend to pursue, which may include Administrative, Commercial, Communication and Marketing, Law, Education, Finance, People Management, Secretarial, Information Technology, we are looking for people with different talents, an interest in the development of the place where they live, who like to relate and who want to grow together, because here there is a place for those who believe in doing things together!

Through this modality, we will be aware of your interest in being part of our team, with your registration available for analysis and invitation to advance in the stages of our selection process.

This Talent Pool is permanent and allows for analysis for different areas of activity in the cooperative, and thus, movements will happen as opportunities arise that connect to your interests and those of the cooperative.

Therefore, once registered, your interest will already be recorded. However, whenever there are any changes to your information, as much as possible, keep it updated and complete in your registration, because we follow everything there.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

We know that it is a Talent Pool opportunity and several vacancies arise from it.

Based on this, in conjunction with the practice of activities carried out in the agency of your municipality for 4 hours daily in the opposite shift to school, you will participate in the Apprenticeship Program where you will attend online classes once a week, taught by the cooperative's partner educational institution.

Even so, regardless of your area of work, there are essential responsibilities and assignments in our activities:

• Welcome and assist internal employees, members, and the community;

• Identify and propose ideas that facilitate and provide a better experience for those involved;

• Be attentive to the general demands of the agency, making yourself available and assisting colleagues in whatever you can;

• Build a lasting relationship with employees, members, and the community, based on collective construction and mutual trust.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

As basic requirements, you must have:

• People who like people, in their naturalness and authenticity in relating to others;

• Attention, empathy, and an interest in serving, since we relate to different people and companies on a daily basis, so it is essential to understand their needs and realities;

• Believe in teamwork, shared solutions, and collective results.
