Job Description
Support 5S Training, Assessment and 5S related activities
Coordinate 5S Bi-Monthly Self Dept audit
Conduct 5S Dept audits by DBE and prepare audit schedule / timetable
Designing Posters
Update Reports in Power BI
Support Workshops by preparing materials
Act as a back up to support Idea Management reports and follow up with line leaders for submission
Act as a back up to compile materials for internal communication
Video editing and recording for internal publication.
Stationary stock updates.
Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Management / International Business / Communication
