Technical Sales Representative - China

Rothoblaas China is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to support our growth in the Chinese market.

• Monthly salary range: from RMB 14 K depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

• The final compensation package may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit with the requirements of the role.

IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in sales (especially in the construction or HSE sector)

• Background in architecture or interest in hybrid/timber structures

• Good command of Chinese (native or fluent) and a good English

• Willingness to travel within China and occasionally overseas

• A valid driver’s license

• A positive attitude and desire to grow - junior profiles are welcome

• Current residence in China (West area preferred)

IF YOU WANT TO:

• Develop your own sales strategy and grow client accounts

• Offer technical advice on building solutions (timber, hybrid structures, waterproofing, safety, fire/sound proofing)

• Connect clients with our international support team

• Oversee sales orders, logistics, and client follow-ups

• Participate in marketing events and industry exhibitions

• Visit construction sites and conduct product training

• Be part of shaping the building industry with innovative European technology
