Job Summary:

The YouTube Kids Intern supports the EMEA Kids Media Networks team in the day-to-day operations, asset management, and supporting the execution of the strategy for Disney’s regional YouTube Made-For-Kids channels. This role focuses on supporting metadata optimization, assisting with editorial curation, maintaining accurate planning trackers within the local Airtable ecosystem, and ensuring high-quality publishing standards across all markets. Additionally, the intern will help with cross-team coordination and extract key platform insights from YouTube Analytics to support overall channel growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Content & Asset Management

• Optimization and management of thumbnails, metadata, localized logos, and uploading content for markets that require assistance.

Editorial Support

• Support in the conceptualization and creation of Kids compilations and updating Livestreams (DC and DJr).

Airtable, Planning & Trackers

• Assistance with the creation of monthly calendar copies, using the EMEA Airtable as data base, transferring information to the COE Airtable, and managing trackers for full episodes and priorities.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Collect, review, and help to ensure that the video links published across all markets meet the agreed timelines and formats.

Regional Coordination & Campaigns

• Regional support for YouTube campaigns across EMEA, supporting asset coordination and approval workflows with the Regional Kids Marketing lead.

• Support with requests from local markets, data collection, coordination with third-party vendors, and follow-up on monthly communications.

Trends & Analytics Support

• Monitor the YouTube Kids ecosystem to identify Best Practices and assist in extracting metrics from YouTube Studio for performance reports.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Up to 1 year of experience managing YouTube channels.

Kids content experience and audience analysis is a plus.

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:

• Degree Level Education on Digital social media, Communications or similar.

• Contact with YouTube or in a relevant social media-focused role (client and/or agency).

• Basic knowledge of automation, coding, or scripting to help optimize daily workflows is prefered.

• Knowledge of media market, especially Kids environment.

• Product knowledge and technical expertise relevant to the role (YouTube).

• Audience and Key Digital performance metrics analysis experience is preferred.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años, o de cinco cuando el contrato se concierte con un trabajador con discapacidad, desde la terminación de los estudios.
