Senior Strategic Business Analyst – Human Capital Portfolio

Do you love to shape transformation needs into clear fundable decisions? Ready to help leaders track real value from Human Capital initiatives and close the gaps that matter fast!

This role can be based in the UK or US, with hybrid flexibility to work both virtually and from a local office in line with in-country smart working policy.

The Senior Strategic Business Analyst supports the Human Capital Portfolio Lead and Programme Managers in translating strategic priorities and stakeholder needs into robust, decision-ready investment proposals. The role leads business analysis from ideation through to mobilisation, shaping complex business cases and CBAs, defining capability-aligned high-level requirements, and establishing how value will be measured and realised. As an advanced professional, the role works autonomously on complex issues, applies broad organisational understanding and sound judgement, and influences senior stakeholders to secure an agreed path forward.
