The Story: Redefining Service Management for the Enterprise

The best companies are moving beyond legacy ITSM tools to modern, AI-powered service management platforms that break down silos between IT, HR, Legal, and beyond — unlocking speed, efficiency, and better experiences for employees and customers alike.

At Atlassian, we're building the definitive Service Management platform. Our Atlassian Service Collection unifies IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) capabilities — supercharged by Rovo, Atlassian’s AI platform — to intelligently transform how work gets done across mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Your Future Team

We're looking for an experienced Account, Sales or Solution Executive to join our EMEA Solution Sales team, reporting to the Manager of Solution Sales, Service Collection.

You will drive adoption and net-new revenue growth across the DACH region, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will partner with Core Enterprise Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Atlassian Solution Partners / GSIs to lead complex sales engagements, navigate displacement opportunities against legacy ITSM competitors, and expand service management wall-to-wall.

Why join this team?

Be the Service Management Specialist for DACH: You will serve as a subject matter expert and regional advocate for Atlassian’s Service Collection across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Help shape a strategic growth market: DACH combines enterprise scale, modernization demand, and strong partner ecosystems with meaningful opportunity for cloud and AI-powered service transformation.

The “Best of Both Worlds”: The stability and brand equity of Atlassian, with the speed and focus of a specialized, high-growth solution sales motion.

Strategic Deal Architecture: Partner with account teams and partners to shape complex service transformations, migrations, and competitive displacement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Drive regional revenue by executing end-to-end sales cycles for Atlassian Service Collection across Germany and the wider DACH market, exceeding software sales targets.

• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, VP and Director-level IT leaders, and heads of business service functions including HR, Facilities, and Customer Operations.

• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to tailor the Service Collection story, from Data Center-heavy migration accounts to cloud-forward AI and ESM expansion opportunities.

• Collaborate with local DACH Solution Partners, GSIs, and advisory firms to accelerate pipeline generation and close deals.

• Channel market feedback, regional compliance requirements, and customer insights back to Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast management using structured enterprise sales methodologies.

Qualifications

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Your background

• Experience: Proven track record of quota-carrying enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, specifically within IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains.

• Track Record: Demonstrated history of quota over-achievement and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

• Sales Methodology: Proficiency with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, plus disciplined pipeline and forecast management.

• Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the DACH enterprise market, regional buying dynamics, and local partner ecosystems.

• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency or fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Location: Based remotely anywhere in Germany.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
