• Lead, coach, and develop engineers and project resources; allocate resources according to project priorities and provide technical guidance on complex electrical issues.

• Build effective contractor and supplier partnerships while maintaining clear expectations for safety, quality, schedule, performance, transparency, and accountability.

• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in electrical designs, construction execution, testing, and commissioning for future projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, facility electrical systems in the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution, switchgear, transformers, distribution panels, backup power systems, lighting, control systems, electrical studies, testing, and commissioning.

• Demonstrated construction and project management capability across contractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, procurement, interfaces, change control, and system turnover.

• Strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards and strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale electrical construction and commissioning programs for semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing facilities.

• Proficiency with electrical design and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
