The Opportunity
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales organization by coordinating customer activities, managing sales data and reporting, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and achievement of business objectives.
What You’ll Do

Sales Operations Support
- Support the sales team in the execution of commercial plans and customer initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pricing files, customer information, and contract documentation.
- Assist in preparing quotations, customer proposals, and promotional agreements.
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up of customer requests.

Customer Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments.
- Coordinate order management activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, promotions, inventory, and logistics.
- Facilitate communication between sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.

Reporting and Analytics
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales trends, customer performance, and market opportunities.
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy across sales systems and reporting tools.

Trade and Promotional Execution
- Coordinate promotional activities and customer programs.
- Track promotional spending and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Monitor execution of agreed customer plans and commitments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities by providing sales insights and customer information.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree in a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

3-5 years of experience in market data analysis and retail industry knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The base pay for this position is $15.09 – $30.11/hour
