Customer Account Manager (Public Sector), Netvisor

Netvisor is Finland's leading financial administration software, trusted by over 45,000 organizations. We are now expanding into the public sector and have built a Netvisor solution that supports municipal accounting from the ground up.

We want to be involved in reforming municipal financial administration, not just as a new system, but with new and smoother ways of working. Our goal is to use automation to free up more time for public sector employees for their core tasks and for municipal residents.

We are looking for a municipal financial expert to strengthen Netvisor's customer account management team and be responsible for new implementations in the public sector.

What awaits you in this role?

You will act as an expert and sparring partner for our municipal clients and internal stakeholders in municipal finance. You will bring to our team a deep understanding of how municipal finances are managed, decided upon, and reported. You will ensure that our solution works in the daily life, decision-making, and statutory reporting of each municipality.

Your tasks include:

• Project management of new municipal client implementations from start to finish.

• Managing your own portfolio of municipal clients.

• Building and developing the municipal implementation model together with our team and partners.

• Introducing new operating models to municipalities - you will help municipalities streamline their financial processes and support them in implementing changes.

• Acting as our team's municipal finance expert, to whom challenging client situations are escalated.

• Communicating customer needs and experiences to product management so that our solutions evolve with municipalities.

Who are we looking for?

You are familiar with the operations of municipal finance from the inside and understand its special characteristics. You can view matters from the perspective of a financial director, accountant, elected official, and auditor. You believe that municipal financial administration can be done more modernly and you want to implement change. You are proactive and solution-oriented, and you like to see projects through to completion.

We expect from you:

• Extensive experience in municipal budget processes and municipal law requirements, as well as municipal accounting, financial statements, and reporting.

• Experience in reforming operating methods or processes, and in leading or supporting change.

• Experience in leading projects and managing client accounts, or a desire to grow in these areas.

• A self-directed and development-oriented approach to work.

• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English language skills.

• Willingness to travel to clients across Finland.

Swedish language skills and experience with Netvisor and information system implementation or integration projects are considered an advantage.

Our offices are located in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work flexibly remotely.

We estimate the salary range to be approximately 4000-4500 EUR/month, but the position is new, so the salary will also be shaped according to the selected person's expertise and experience. The recruitment process includes two interview rounds and a possible suitability assessment.
