Position Description:

The Director Consulting Expert is responsible for driving business growth, transformation, innovation, governance excellence, and organizational capability development across Wealth, Treasury, Payments Solutions (WTPS) business of CGI. The role provides strategic leadership, consulting expertise, and enterprise-level influence to improve client outcomes, operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and business results. The position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and drives alignment across business leaders, delivery teams, and support functions to achieve WTPS strategic objectives.

Additionally, this position will form and lead a core bid team and BPS capability/transformation team responsible for:

• Expanding Business Process Services expertise within the BU

• Standardization of tools and offerings

• Building knowledge repositories (tools, best practices, case studies)

• Building Transformation Roadmaps and domain specific Case studies based on actual deployment and BPS specific use cases

• Expanding Core BPS capabilities, with grounds up capability expansion and strategic top-down capability development in the team

• Overall solutioning of major bids and writing effective proposals

• Improving efficiency in bid work

• Collaborating across BUs to build winning solutions

• Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of APAC SBU

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth & Business Development

• Lead strategic pursuits, major bids, and business development initiatives.

• Develop client-centric solutions that drive growth, profitability, and market differentiation.

• Build and maintain executive-level client and stakeholder relationships.

• Influence solution, commercial, and investment strategies that support business objectives.

1. Transformation & Innovation Leadership

• Lead business transformation, automation, AI enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and operating models that deliver measurable business value.

• Drive innovation and adoption of best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on transformation and organizational improvement opportunities.

1. Governance & Operational Excellence

• Drive compliance with CGI, WTPS, client, financial, operational, and people-related requirements.

• Coordinate with Directors, Managers, and support teams to ensure delivery of organizational commitments.

• Champion operational excellence through governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and delivery performance.

1. Financial & Commercial Leadership

• Support achievement of revenue, profitability, productivity, and cost management objectives.

• Contribute to pricing, commercial structuring, contract negotiations, and business case development.

• Assess and mitigate business, operational, financial, and commercial risks.

1. Capability Development & Thought Leadership

• Lead capability-building initiatives that strengthen WTPS consulting, transformation, and business process services expertise.

• Develop and maintain methodologies, accelerators, knowledge assets, and best practices.

• Contribute to Communities of Practice, Expert Enablement, and enterprise initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Wealth, Treasury, Payments, Banking Operations, Financial Services, and Business Transformation.

• Lead through influence across teams, functions, and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Coach and develop leaders and subject matter experts.

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Technology Management, Organizational Leadership, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent

• Lean Six Sigma

• Change Management

• AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Data Analytics certifications

• Relevant Banking, Wealth, Treasury, Payments, or Financial Services certifications

Required Experience

• 10+ years of BPS, consulting, transformation, or operational leadership experience.

• 5+ years in leadership roles supporting Banking, Financial Services, Wealth, Treasury, Payments, Capital Markets, or Investment Operations and leading transformation, automation, operational excellence, or operating model initiatives.

• Experience leading strategic pursuits, solutioning, proposals, or business development activities.

• Strong executive stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and leadership experience.

Others

• Willing to work in a shifting schedule (ex. Night shift, weekend shift, holidays, 24/7 Support)

• Willing to work 100% onsite when needed.

• Willing to work in OWS Mckinely Taguig or Alpha Ortigas Site.
